Trust & procurement
Plain answers for orchestras, schools, festivals, military bands, and arts administrators: how payments work, what happens after purchase, what data we handle, and what our trust labels mean.
Self-serve payments are processed through Airwallex payment links. Cadenza stores transaction status, amount, currency, plan or credit type, and receipt metadata, not full card numbers.
Current self-serve offers include a 14-day money-back guarantee where the paid service has not already been materially consumed. Ticket and subscription refunds flow through the org dashboard when available.
We use application data to operate Cadenza: accounts, dashboards, listings, applications, ticketing, receipts, support, abuse prevention, and service analytics.
Listings and profiles carry source signals such as official, partner feed, community, scraped/system, claimed, verified, and link-check state when available. Missing provenance means we do not make the claim.
Cadenza is operated by Kalinklo Ltd, a Hong Kong company; that is the contracting and billing entity. The Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, and disputes are resolved by individual arbitration administered by the HKIAC (one arbitrator, seat Hong Kong, in English), not class or representative actions. Full detail is in our Terms §13.
The goal is simple: a buyer should never wonder whether money moved, whether access activated, or what the next step is.
Organizations own their profile copy, listing content, logos, uploaded assets, application notes, ticketing records, and customer relationships. Musicians own their profiles, resumes, application materials, saved listings, and account data.
Cadenza needs a license to host, process, display, transmit, and back up content so the product can function. We do not sell applicant files or buyer lists as a product.
Public information, such as organization names, event details, profile pages, and public listings, can be indexed for discovery. Private dashboard data stays behind account and role checks.
Access to organization dashboards is role-gated. Pending claims can be reviewed before write actions unlock. Admin-only tools, revenue data, and org mutation routes require authenticated permissions.
Payment card handling is delegated to Airwallex. Uploaded files and database records are handled by infrastructure providers described in the Privacy Policy.
Cadenza is an early platform. If your procurement process requires a formal security questionnaire, custom DPA, purchase order, or vendor onboarding packet, contact us before purchasing.
Cadenza is careful to separate “this record is real” from “this organization is a customer.” These four labels mean different things, and a profile can be indexed or verified long before any organization has claimed or partnered with us.
Cadenza maintains a public record for the organization, school, or event so musicians can discover it. Indexing reflects research and public sources — not a relationship with the entity.
We have editorially confirmed the entity record is real and accurate. A verified profile can still be unclaimed; the badge says the record is genuine, not that the organization is a customer.
An authorized admin from the organization has claimed and controls the page. Claimed profiles can edit content, post listings, manage events, and respond to inquiries.
A real, active relationship: official use of Cadenza, a confirmed partnership, or a paid plan. We only use this language where it is true.
A “Verified by Cadenza” badge on an unclaimed organization is not a claim of endorsement or usage — it simply means we confirmed the entity is real. We do not present indexing or verification as a customer relationship.
